Shipping Policies

The Party Source, a licensed retailer in the State of Kentucky, transfers ownership of your alcohol beverage products, and any other products that you purchase, to you immediately at the time you place your order. All purchases are being transacted in the State of Kentucky. If this purchase is for delivery outside of the State of Kentucky, you authorize us to have your alcohol beverages or other purchases shipped on your behalf by a common carrier for delivery as requested by you. You understand that this carrier is acting as your agent as the owner of the alcohol beverages or other products. All shipped orders containing alcohol beverages or cigars will be shipped "Direct Adult Signature" required and MUST receive and adult signature. We will NOT ship any order containing alcohol beverages or cigars designated as No Signature Required. By placing an order you are representing that you understand and are compliant with applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcohol beverages or cigars products within your state, and that you have obtained required permission, paid any required fees or taxes, and/or are working through a licensed intermediary were required. You also certify that you are legally entitled to take possession of the quantity ordered of alcohol beverage products. You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol beverages and that you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

Shipping States for Alcohol Beverages

We currently ship only to the following: Alabama (AL), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Connecticut (CT), District of Columbia (DC), Florida* (FL), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kansas (KS), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Nebraska (NE), New Mexico (NM), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).

*Florida (FL): We are prohibited from shipping to the following counties: Lafayette County, Liberty County, Madison County, Suwannee County, and Washington County.

We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.

Age Verification for Alcohol Beverages and Cigars

We do not sell or ship alcohol beverages to anyone under 21 years of age. Upon account registration and at checkout you are required to verify that you are at least 21. By placing an order on Party Source Express you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older. For cigar customers, checking the age verification box affirms that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

Prohibited Items for Shipping

We are prohibited from shipping high-proof alcohol beverage products above 75% ABV or 150-proof. Examples include: Everclear Grain Alcohol, Golden Grain and Bacardi 151.

Shipping Carriers

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier.

Shipping Options/Shipping Charges

Your choice of shipping options is presented at checkout. Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination, which are derived from the FedEx shipping calculator.

Adult Signature Required

Our shipping carrier requires adult signature upon delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is processed we will send an order tracking number to the email address provided in your account from which you can check the status of your order.

Damaged Shipments

Once you have placed your order, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipments

In the rare case that an order is shipped incorrectly, please call us toll free at 1-866-782-4427. We will make it right!

Order Fulfillment

Prompt, accurate order fulfillment deserves and receives the highest attention at The Party Source. We do our best to process and prepare your order for shipping immediately following receipt. As a general rule of thumb, orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day.

Out of Stock

Our product inventory is updated every hour. Should a product selection be out of stock at the time of your online order, we will immediately contact you via the email or phone provided in your account to inform you and ask how you would like to proceed.

Order Cancellation

Your Party Source Express order is immediately processed by our system. Should you elect to cancel your order, please call or email us immediately to request a cancellation. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order and no refunds will be provided.
