Shipping Policies

The Party Source, a licensed retailer in the State of Kentucky transfers ownership of spirits to you at the time you place your order. By placing an order you authorize The Party Source to act as your agent and arrange shipment of your order through an independent carrier. Our independent carrier will in turn act as your agent as owner of your order until the time of delivery. By placing an order you are acknowledging your state's laws with regard to who may ship or receive spirits without permits or licenses. The Party Source assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any shipment of spirits and by placing an order you are acknowledging that you have familiarized yourself with all applicable laws and regulations regarding shipment of spirits to you. Shipments are based on business days (Monday-Friday). Deliveries will not be made on weekends or holidays.

Note: We do not sell or ship spirits of any kind to anyone under 21 years of age. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

Shipping Destination:

We are currently shipping spirits only to the following states: CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, NE, NH, NY, NC, ND, MN, MO, OR, SC, VA, WA, DC, WV, WI and WY.

UPS will only deliver your package(s) to a residential or business street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

Once you have placed your order, all sales are final and non-refundable unless merchandise is defective.

Order Fulfillment (Shipping):

Prompt, accurate order fulfillment deserves and receives the highest attention at The Party Source. We do our best to process and prepare your order for shipping immediately following receipt. As a general rule of thumb, orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day.

Out of Stock:

While we will always do our best to ensure that all product selections featured in Shop @ The Party Source are available, there may be instances when a product is out of stock. Should a product selection be out of stock at the time of your online order, we will immediately contact you via the email provided in the Customer Details section to inform you and ask how you would like to proceed.

The chart below gives the flat rate for shipping by quantity of bottles ordered and desired shipping schedule. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us. Shipping charges to Hawaii may be more than listed.
