Product Returns & Refunds

As long as a product remains in saleable condition, The Party Source will accept a return and issue a full refund. A full refund covers the purchase price of the product(s) and sales tax, if applicable. Saleable condition means that a product´s label is intact and the product is unopened, in the case of food and beverage. In the case of glassware or accessories, the product shows no breaks, chips and/or cracks. In the case of wearables, the product shows no rips, tears and/or stains and tags are intact.

Note: Products that are not included in the Return Policy are: Seasonal/Holiday promotional items; Clearance items; and any hats or headgear.

Note: The Party Source reserves the right to refuse returns and not issue a refund if product(s) is not deemed saleable. Please keep all receipts. Items returned without a receipt are subject to refusal.
