The Party Source uses only qualatex latex balloons. All of our balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float™ protection to increase float time. Hi-Float™ is a water-soluble solution that creates a barrier coating, which helps to retain helium. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and biodegradable. It washes off skin, clothing and furniture with water.
