Shipping Policies

In accordance to the laws of the State of Kentucky we are prohibited from shipping alcohol in any form.

Our designated carrier is UPS. Currently, we offer UPS Ground service as the primary shipping method, although we will be adding various shipping options in the future.

Note: Delivery schedules are based on business days (Monday - Friday). Deliveries will not be made on weekends or holidays.

Note: We do not sell or ship tobacco products to anyone under 18 years of age.

Shipping Destination:

UPS will only deliver your package(s) to a residential or business street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on order quantity. From a base rate of $8.95 for 1 to 4 items, the shipping charge increases in $1.00 increments based on the quantity of items in the order, as exemplified below:

1-4       $8.95
5-8       $9.95
9-12     $10.95
13-16   $11.95
17-20   $12.95

NOTE: The above shipping rates are applied for the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping charges will apply for customers in Alaska and Hawaii. To place an order for shipment to Canada, please call toll free at 1-866-782-4427.

Kentucky Derby Shipping Note: All orders received through Friday, April 23 are guaranteed via UPS Ground for arrival before Derby day. Additional shipping charges will be applied for other shipping options. Call us toll free at 1-866-782-4427 for preferred shipping.

Order Fulfillment (Shipping):

Prompt, accurate order fulfillment deserves and receives the highest attention at The Party Source. We do our best to process and prepare your order for shipping immediately following receipt. As a general rule of thumb, orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day.

Out of Stock:

While we will always do our best to ensure that all product selections featured in Shop @ The Party Source are available, there may be instances when a product is out of stock. Should a product selection be out of stock at the time of your online order, we will immediately contact you via the email provided in the Customer Details section to inform you and ask how you would like to proceed.
