What is Party Source Express?

Designed specifically for you, our customer, Party Source Express is the online shopping platform of The Party Source, providing you convenient, secure and 24/7 access to nearly 15,000 products.

How can I shop on Party Source Express?

Party Source Express is designed for convenience and versatility, providing three (3) ways to shop:

  1. Create In-Store Shopping List: Search and browse our available product inventory. Save selections to a "My Shopping List." Print and/or Email your shopping list in preparation for a store visit. Note: No login is required for this shopping option. We maintain your shopping list for approximately 30 days and this will remain available to you every time you visit The Party Source online during this period.

  2. Shop for In-Store Pickup: Search, browse and purchase available products online. Schedule your In-Store Pickup Date at checkout. Bring your Email Order Confirmation receipt and valid ID, if purchasing alcohol beverages and/or cigars, to our Case Central service desk where your prepared order will be retrieved.   3. Shop for Shipping to home or business: Search, browse and purchase available products online for shipping. We currently ship to 37 states and the District of Columbia (DC). View Shipping Info

Do I need to create an account to purchase products on Party Source Express?

Yes. While you may create a Shopping List and/or add products to your Cart without an account, an account is required to purchase products for either In-Store Pickup or Shipping. You may create an account at any time during the shopping process. Create Account Now

Do I need to login to purchase products on Party Source Express?

Yes. While you may create a Shopping List and/or add products to your Cart without being logged in, login to your account is required to purchase products for either In-Store Pickup or Shipping.

What products are available on Party Source Express?

The following product categories are currently available from which to purchase for In-Store Pickup or Shipping: Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cigars, and non-alcoholic Beverages. Note: All kegs, with the exception of 5.0L mini-kegs, are not available for shipping. We may add other shopping categories in the future.

How often is inventory updated on Party Source Express?

Inventory is updated by our system every hour. In the rare case that a product is not available at the time of your purchase due to an inventory adjustment, we will contact you via the email or phone provided in your account to ask how you would like to proceed before preparing your order.

How often are wine vintages updated on Party Source Express?

Wine vintage changes are typically updated every 7-14 days.

Do prices include sales tax on Party Source Express?

No. 6% sales tax is added to all In-Store Pickup orders at the Checkout page.

What does a "red" price mean?

All prices in red indicate On Sale Now.

I see a $0.00 in the price field. Is this an error?

A $0.00 in the price field indicates that a new product was recently added. Once our system updates our inventory the correct pricing and stock level will be applied and displayed.

If I do not see a product on Party Source Express, can I place a special order?

Yes, if the product is carried by our distributors. Products ordered by the case will not typically incur an additional fee. Special orders for products in a quantity less than a full case will typically incur a "split-case" fee from our distributors. Prior to placing a special order on your behalf, we will provide you with product availability status, a price quote and additional fee, if applicable. Request Special Order

Do I have to be 21 to purchase alcohol beverage products or cigars on Party Source Express?

Yes. By law we are prohibited from selling any alcohol beverage products to anyone under 21. You will be required to verify that you are at least 21 upon account registration and at checkout. For cigar purchases, checking the age verification box affirms that you are at least 18.

What credit cards do you accept for purchases on Party Source Express?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

All Party Source Express orders are processed immediately by our system and promptly prepared by our staff. Following your online checkout, an Email Order Confirmation is immediately sent to the email provided in your account and to our customer service staff. The Email Order Confirmation is your receipt. Note: Should you not receive an email confirmation immediately, please check your junk/spam folder.

How/Where do I create a Party Source Express account?

To create a Party Source Express account click the "MY ACCOUNT" link in the top right menu. Then click the "Create Account" button to begin.

How do I access my Party Source Express account?

To access your Party Source Express account click the "MY ACCOUNT" link in the top right menu. Then enter your email address and password in the fields provided to login.

What information is available in my account?

We currently maintain contact information and order history in your account. For security purposes we do not store password or credit card information in your account. We will continue to add features that will enhance our service level to you.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Click the "MY ACCOUNT" link in the top right menu. Click the "Forgot Password" link provided and enter your email address. We will send you a temporary password immediately. Login to your account with your temporary password. To change your password, enter a password into the fields provided and click the "Update Profile" button to save changes. Note: For security purposes we do not store password information in your account.

What are the size conversions to create a Case Discount?

Where do I receive a case discount on my Party Source Express order?

Case Discounts are automatically applied to your shopping cart when you reach the required item quantity threshold. A "Case Discount" line will highlight the appropriate discount in your shopping cart.

GENERAL HELP TOPICS

What does "full search" mean?

Use "full search" to search across all available product categories rather than within a specific product category. Product categories currently include Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cigars, and non-alcoholic Beverages. Using "full search" is ideal for party planners looking to organize a party or event based on theme or for adventurers simply looking to discover products from a particular region. Ex. Type "Ireland" into the search box and you will find search results that deliver beer, wine and spirits from Ireland.

How do I create a Shopping List?

To create a Shopping List simply click the "Save" box next to each product listing on any search results page or click the "Save to My List" box on any product detail page. All saved selections are maintained in your shopping list throughout your shopping session. Additionally, we maintain the items in your Shopping List for approximately 30 days where they will be available to you on all future visits during this period.

How do I view my Shopping List?

After you save an item a "MY SHOPPING LIST" link will become visible in the top right menu. Click this link to view the saved items in your Shopping List. From this page you may also Print or Email your Shopping List. To print, simply click the "Print List" button provided. To email, simply click the "Email List" button provided. Then enter the destination email address and add a note to the recipient - ideal for party planning.

How do I remove items from my Shopping List?

To remove an item from your Shopping List simply click the specific item's "Save" box, which will remove the checkmark and then click the "UPDATE LIST" link in the lower right corner to save changes.

How do I add items to my Cart?

To add items to your Cart simply click the "Cart" box next to each product listing on any search results page or click the "Add to My Cart" link on any product detail page. You will note that no "Cart" box is available for products that are out of stock. All added items are maintained in your Cart throughout your shopping session. You may change the quantity of individual items at any time during your shopping session by first clicking the "MY CART" link in the top right menu.

How do I remove items from my Cart?

To remove an item from your Cart simply delete the number in the quantity (Qty) field and then click the "Update Qty" button to save changes.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my Cart?

To change the quantity of an item in your Cart simply delete the number in the quantity (Qty) field, type the desired number and then click the "Update Qty" button to save changes. Note: Should you add a quantity that is greater than the inventory on hand, our system will automatically adjust the quantity to equal the total quantity on hand.

What does "low-stock" mean?

Items marked "low-stock" means that there are 1-4 items remaining in the inventory on hand.

How do I see how much you have in stock of a particular item?

To view the stock level of a specific item simply click the item name on any search results page, which will direct you to the item's product detail page. On the product detail page in the top right corner will be a "Qty Available" field that specifies the inventory on hand of the specific product size. Should a quantity not be specified in the field provided, this means that we have a substantial amount of inventory on hand of this specific product.

How do I change or remove an item from my cart once I'm at the checkout page?

From the checkout page simply click the "MY CART" link in the top right menu, delete or change the number in the quantity (Qty) field and then click the "UPDATE LIST" link in the lower right corner to save changes. If you are finished making changes, click the "Checkout" button provided.

I'm getting an "Oops" screen during checkout. What does this mean?

An "Oops" notice occurs due to missing or incorrect information during checkout. This typically happens due to one or all of the following:

I've ordered for Shipping. How do I check the status of my order?
