New for you. We have come up with some great new events for the spring that we are super excited to share them with you and get things started. Beginning this April, we are going to pull out all the stops and the party lasts all week long. Sundays Sips. This year we wanted to add something special to your Sundays that was informal, fun and a little off the beaten path. We have something that’s just a little different for each week. With the wine enthusiast and budding wine aficionado in mind, Sunday Sips is a series of fun and educational wine tastings. With a focus on wines from here at home and far and away the key is light hearted and fun. There will be some surprises that we think you’ll absolutely enjoy. Wine-d Up Wednesdays. Back by Popular Demand! We’re really excited about Wednesday at EQ! We’re featuring our fa¬vorite wines (at our favorite prices) for a low-key way to get together with friends. We’re gath¬ering on the EQ Party Patio so all Wine-d Up Wednesdays are subject to weather. We’ve made it easy-no reservations required. We’ve made it unstructured - so you can relax and talk with your friends. We’ll give you a hand out with some great information but that’s the extent of it. Have fun! Thirstdays Burgers and Beers. Using our patio as a backdrop, we wanted to create a showcase for a new attitude towards “Thirstdays”. We have a distinguished line up of special guest hosts from breweries all over the country, who are excited to share the secrets behind their beers. Like PB and J, burgers compliment beer perfectly, so each week we’re going to be grilling out and putting our own unique twist and toppings for the perfect pairing.

In our Tasting Classes we expose and explore new flavors and new spirits. These classes are a great way to try wines and spirits from the world over. Our knowledgeable staff and guest lecturers provide deeper insight to regions around the world and the artisans behind these libations.
Looking for something fun to do on Sundays? Sunday Sips is the perfect way to spend a couple of hours relaxing with a couple of great wines and casual atmosphere. Come join us for our inaugural. Sunday Sips . From one of the biggest names in American Pinot Noir, Jim Anderson, will be here to lead one of our winemaker Tastings – a class not to be missed. Our first Wine-d Up Wednesday of the year. This will be a great way to greet spring and there’s no better way to toast the end of winter than through a glassful of cheer. With baseball getting ready to get underway; we move outdoors, fire up the grill and grab our favorite beers. If this sounds like you, then “Thirstdays” just became your favorite new day. Come join us on our first Burgers and Beers event of the year as we host BBC.
Demo Classes
Our demo classes get you right in middle of the mix. We invite local chefs to not only strut their stuff, but also share their secrets as they cook their most popular dishes. You’ll learn firsthand how to prepare your favorite restaurant’s signature dishes. In the end you will have tips of trade from the area’s best and brightest chefs. And when it’s all over, dinner is served. We also have classes where our expert staff will prepare dishes that will teach how to make your friends and family think you studied at the Sorbonne.

With April in the air, Easter is just around the corner and we have some great ideas for preparing a great Easter Dinner . With time and money being so precious we have come up with a great way to plan ahead and save a lot with Dinner Today plus Lunch Tomorrow , this class is perfect to feed the family and have something healthy for lunch tomorrow. We’re always honored when Four Roses comes to pay us a visit and for our upcoming Four Roses Bourbon Tasting , Jim Rutledge will be here to show us why Four Roses is a landmark of Bourbons .
Our Hands-On Classes are the ultimate up close and personal experience. In these classes you work alongside our culinary crackerjacks to create your own gastronomic gems. You’ll be able to take home more than a doggy bag; you’ll take home firsthand knowledge that will wow those that sit around your dinner table.
One of most popular classes is Girl's Night Out! A Girl's Guide to Cocktails. Jay Dickerson is reliving Cocktails and Dreams, Party Source style. This is a great class for you and your girlfriends to shake it up. Our very own Samurai of Sushi, our clever creator of California Rolls, Chef Myint teaches you the ancient art of making Sushi as he leads you in three sessions of Roll Your Own - Sushi. Our Mr. Miyagi of the Rice Mat doesn't pull punches and this session he's giving your three opportunities for you to begin your own quest towards "Shaman of Sushi": Sushi: Session 1, Sushi: Session 2 and Sushi: Session3.
