We have eagerly awaited the first of two American expressions of authentic absinthe and now proudly introduce you to Sirène Absinthe Verte from Chicago's North Shore Distillery, the first and only artisanal distillery in Illinois and a celebrated trendsetter in the American craft distilling movement.
