Absinthe Balancier
![]() A must have for any absintheur, this silver plated brouilleur is another way of slowly adding sugar and water to your absinthe. The balancier is set on top of a glass and a sugar cube and ice water are added inside through the top of the dripper. The sugar and water mixture begins to slowly drip through a small hole located at the bottom of the dripper. Each droplet falls onto the lever which creates a see-saw motion dispensing the sugar water into the glass.
